Is this you?

Built for Custom Hardware & Accessories who care about getting it right

Brands that want their own logo on zipper pulls, rivets or metal plates instead of blank generic hardware
Outdoor and travel bag companies that need corrosion-resistant, salt-spray-tested metal for coastal or heavy-duty use
Buyers upgrading a factory's default trims to YKK or SBS-grade zippers and stronger buckles for a premium feel
Designers who need every piece of hardware colour-matched to one finish such as antique brass, matte black or silver
Importers who have had complaints about zippers splitting, sliders jamming or hardware rusting and need a factory that tests before shipping

Real solutions, not slogans

What Custom Hardware & Accessories need from a bag manufacturer

Trims are where a bag reads cheap or premium. Here are the four hardware problems SYMPATHYBAG solves so every metal part is unmistakably yours.

SYMPATHYBAG solving sourcing problems for Custom Hardware & Accessories
01

Generic hardware makes a bag look cheap

Blank, off-the-shelf zips and buckles carry no brand and read as low-end.

The answer

Branded hardware to your artwork: custom zipper pulls, engraved rivets, embossed plates and moulded sliders, produced from your own tooling.

02

Mismatched finishes

A buckle that’s slightly warmer than the zip makes the whole bag look off.

The answer

One specified finish across every metal part — antique brass, matte black, gunmetal or silver — matched on zips, buckles and rivets.

03

Hardware that rusts or fails

Rusting metal or a splitting slider triggers complaints and returns.

The answer

Hardware grade matched to use, with YKK / SBS-grade zippers and salt-spray-tested metal for coastal, travel and heavy-duty bags.

04

Custom shapes and trims

A distinctive bag often needs hardware that simply isn’t in a catalogue.

The answer

SYMPATHYBAG develops custom webbing, magnetic and side-release buckles and moulded parts, with moulds and dies kept exclusively for your brand.

FAQ

Custom Hardware & Accessories ask SYMPATHYBAG

SYMPATHYBAG covers the full trim package: zippers (YKK or SBS-grade in nylon, metal, resin or waterproof), buckles, sliders, custom zipper pulls, D-rings, rivets, magnetic snaps, webbing and straps, and mesh. On top of that, the team makes branded parts such as engraved or embossed metal logo plates, moulded rubber pullers and logo hardware to your artwork.

You tell SYMPATHYBAG the finish you want, common options are antique brass, matte black, gunmetal, silver or a custom Pantone-referenced tone, and the team applies it across all the metal parts so the bag reads as one co-ordinated set. SYMPATHYBAG confirms the finish on a physical sample first, and only runs bulk once you have signed off the actual hardware in hand.

SYMPATHYBAG matches the grade of zipper and metal to how the bag will be used, then salt-spray tests the metal for corrosion resistance, which matters most on outdoor, travel and coastal-market bags. Assembled bags pass through SYMPATHYBAG's 4-stage in-line QC with pull, cycle and abrasion checks to QB/T and GB/T standards, and the team can arrange accredited lab testing such as SGS, REACH, RoHS, Prop 65 and CPSIA/EN71 when your market needs it.

SYMPATHYBAG's standard MOQ is 500 pcs per design and colourway, and simple promotional bags can start around 200 to 300 pcs. For samples, VIP and development samples are free in about 3 days, while a standard sample is US$98 and takes about 7 days, refundable against your first bulk order. Custom-branded metal or rubber parts may need their own mould or tooling, which the team confirms at quoting.

You send your bag design and hardware requirements, or brief SYMPATHYBAG on the trims and branding you want, and the team sources or makes the components, finishes them to your spec and builds a sample. After you sign off the sample, bulk production runs about 25 to 35 days, and AQL or third-party inspection is welcome. Because SYMPATHYBAG is one integrated factory, hardware sourcing, custom branding, fitting and QC all happen under one roof alongside the bag itself.
