SYMPATHYBAG's library covers 300D, 600D, 900D and 1680D polyester, ripstop and ballistic nylon, high-tenacity Cordura-type nylon, cotton canvas by ounce, RPET recycled polyester, PEVA and foil liners, non-woven, oxford and PU leather. The team also adds coatings such as DWR water-repellency and PU or PVC backing, and can match materials outside this list against your spec or swatch.
Yes. SYMPATHYBAG colour and Pantone matches to your reference, runs lab-dips for approval, and can reverse-engineer material, weave and coating from a physical swatch or an existing bag. The team confirms the match on a real sample before any bulk production starts.
Yes. SYMPATHYBAG sources RPET recycled polyester and other materials to your requirement, and product and material testing is arrangeable via accredited labs, including CE, RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, SGS, CPSIA and EN71, plus in-house testing to QB/T and GB/T standards. Independent third-party inspection and AQL checks are welcome.
Standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design and colourway, though simple promotional items can start around 200 to 300. For samples, VIP and development samples are free in about 3 days; a standard sample is US$98 in about 7 days, and that fee is refunded on your first bulk order.
You share your bag, use case, target cost and any colour or swatch reference; SYMPATHYBAG recommends suitable materials and coatings, then produces a sample for sign-off. Sampling runs about 3 to 7 days depending on type, and bulk production is roughly 25 to 35 days after you approve the sample, with four-stage in-line QC (IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC) throughout.
