SYMPATHYBAG offers silk-screen and heat-transfer printing, all-over sublimation, computerised embroidery, woven and printed labels, metal and rubber badges, and debossing. The team also matches your brand colours to Pantone references, adds custom inner labels, and produces private-label packaging such as hangtags, polybags, gift boxes and retail or FBA cartons. SYMPATHYBAG will recommend the method that best suits your material, artwork and budget.

MOQ is 500 pcs per design and colourway, and simple promotional branding can start at around 200 to 300 pcs. For samples, VIP and development samples are free in about 3 days, while a standard branded sample is US$98 in about 7 days, refundable on your first bulk order. SYMPATHYBAG confirms your logo placement, Pantone colours and labels on the sample before any bulk production begins.
Bulk production runs about 25 to 35 days after you sign off on the sample, with capacity of up to 50,000 bags per month across SYMPATHYBAG's three workshops. Lead time depends on order size, branding methods and packaging complexity, and the team confirms a firm schedule once the sample and artwork are approved.
It runs in clear steps. First, SYMPATHYBAG signs an NDA and reviews your artwork, colours and bag reference. Next, the team quotes and makes a sample so you can approve logo method, Pantone colours, labels and packaging. Once you sign off, SYMPATHYBAG runs bulk production under its 4-stage in-line QC (IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC), tests to QB/T and GB/T standards, and welcomes your AQL or third-party inspection. The team can also arrange lab testing such as CE, RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, SGS or CPSIA and EN71 through accredited labs when a market requires it.
